Most of our product comes from the Brugarol Group based in Palamos, Catalunya where the culture, history and gastronomy is part of nature. Mountains and sea form as one. Air, fire and the fresh summer breeze of sea is where these ingredients thrive.
Our food is to be savoured and discovered as you might be surprised to find things you might come across when walking our shores or in our mountains. Wild herbs, sea lettuce, vegetation and sea life.
